All of our items are shipped out of Melbourne, Australia using Australia Post services with tracking numbers.

After the product has been sent out for shipment, we are not responsible for any incorrect addresses input in the system by the customer. As stated, please verify your shipping information is correct before confirming your order.

Returns

All sales are final, as each piece is custom made to order, we currently do not offer cancellations or refunds.
Please double check your shipping address & sizes of products before completing your purchase.
In special circumstances such as receiving a damaged product upon delivery, a replacement may be organised to be sent to the customer. Photo proof of the damaged product is required to validate and complete the transaction for an exchange.

By the off chance we do accept a return or exchange, unfortunately we will not be able to cover the return cost of shipping to us. We will however cover the cost of shipping you out a new product.
